Vehicle Rental Policy

1. Minimum Age Required – 21 Years/ Speed Limit- 90 KM/H Over speed penalty Rs.200/each time
2. 40KMs/Hour, 400KMs/Day, After given KMs, Rs. 10/KM extra will be charged.

Documentation

1. Original government issued ID (Aadhar Card/Voter card/Passport) Any one of them.
2. Copy of valid driving license.

NOTE :-

1. Address should be same in Minimum any two ID’s.
2. Security deposit is instantly refunded after the completion of your trip/booking period. However, in case of any damage, ASG Rent Drive can hold the security deposit amount for 10 days

Liability- Rs 35,000/

Advance Booking Cancellation Policy:-

1. Full refund before 15 days 90% refund before 7 days 70% refund before 3 days 50% refund before I day, no refund on vehicles carrying day.
2. The client must bear all the expanses (fuel, parking, toll, road tax etc.)

The client will be liable to any police case or any loss/damage of the vehicle (or parts) or third party loss took place during the rental period, also full and final payment will be settled by the client at the end of the rental period (without using the vehicle’s insurance policy claim), else the company can take legal action against the client.
