Vehicle Rental Policy

1. The Vehicle Will Remain in The City Limits Only. Violation Will Invite Extra Charges/Penalties.
2. 100 Km/day, after 100kms extra Rs5/KM will be charged Minimum Age Required-21 Years

Documents Required

1. Valid Driving Licence.
2. Government issued ID (Aadhar/Voter card/Passport).

NOTE :-

1. Address should be same in Minimum any two ID’s.
2. Security deposit is instantly refunded after the completion of your trip/booking period. However, in case of any damage, ASG Rent Drive can hold the security deposit amount for 10 days

Security amount- Rs. 2,500/-

Liability amount- Rs. 10,000/-

Advance Booking Cancellation Policy: –

1. The client must bear all the expanses (fuel, parking etc.)
2. Full refund before 15 days 90% refund before 7 days 70% refund before 3days 50% refund before I day, no refund on vehicles carrying day.

The client will be liable to any police case or any loss/damage of the vehicle (or parts) or third-party loss took place during the rental period, also full and final payment will be settled by the client at the end of the rental period (without using the vehicle’s insurance policy claim), else the company can take legal action against the client.
